「We were allocated a different room due to a ‘technical issue’ but were not told what this was. The room we were given had a smaller balcony but we were given breakfast as compensation. The breakfast was basic but passable, and the staff were friendly. The pool area is small but quaint, and relaxing. The bed and pillows were not great - two different sized pillows do not a good night sleep make. The bathrooms were excellent and well maintained / refurbished. All in all, an ok hotel. I...

「Nice clean rooms & good location. However, the buffet restaurant was terrible served raw chicken on the Saturday night. The staff said the hotel manager was unavailable until Monday, dreadful experience & very disappointed with the buffet restaurant, service & staff reaction. No manager contacted us during our remaining stay, despite us requesting a meeting, We were at the hotel a further 2 nights.」

Uitzicht was prima.」

「I stayed for three nights. While the room was clean, I was very disappointed with the service. ・At check-in, I was given a king-size bed despite booking a twin room. I confirmed my reservation multiple times—it was definitely for two single beds. However, I was told otherwise at the front desk. ・Wi-Fi was unusable for the first two days. Although I was given a password at check-in, I couldn’t connect. When I asked, I was told the Wi-Fi had been down since the previous morning and that it was...

「We really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella. It’s a great spot to catch some late October sunshine, with a relaxed atmosphere, fantastic staff and some really good food. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice to suit everyone, and the poolside lunch menu was equally enjoyable. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay – friendly, attentive and always happy to help. They really are a credit to the hotel. There are, however, a couple of things worth considering before...
