A/C in both main rooms helped one to remain comfortable throughout our stay. Very well equipped apartment. Need Uber or taxi to reach the old town but easily available. 「This rental deserves all five stars. From the start, having a guide to explain everything around the apartment was new to me. Of course you can search around for things but how nice is it when you don't have to do it yourself. Also, it gave us a chance to ask questions. 「We were on a combined work/pleasure trip and this apartment was perfect for us. It was right in the heart of the Old Walled City, just steps from restaurants, shops, etc. It was spacious and had good WiFi and even a desk to work at. The building has a pool you can use, and the kitchen is well-supplied. We arrived very late and left very early, and there was no problem with checking in and out. 「If the condo is available for your dates. Just go ahead and book! We had a wonderful trip to Cartagena and the place was perfect. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms. Everything is very clean and the pool at the condo is great. Iraida is the housekeeper and she is the very best part of renting the condo. She is incredibly sweet and her cooking is truly amazing! The meals we had had at the condo were some of the best of the trip. She even made hand cut fries for our picky kids. She is lovely and...

「It is a very cute condo that can accommodate two adults and two children. It has a very nice view to the beach. You only have to walk two minutes to get to the beach. Pool facilities are fantastic and only getting better. You just need to allow for transport since it is outside of the city, and this also limits the dining / drinking options a little. 「Very spacious with a great view from any room you sleep in. Easy to communicate with host and reception for the building. Very clean complex.」

「It was very inconvenient that I wasn’t notified that the pool closes on mondays and then the pool was also closed Tuesday,Wednesday,and thusrsday for repairs no we were never able to swim. Also on Wednesday night we couldn’t even shower because the water was cut off. 」

「The elevators in the building are a disaster! You waste half your day trying to get up to your room or down. Very aged infrastructure. Apartments vary by owner. Some have no blankets only a flat sheet, luke warm shower water with very light water pressure and aged cutlery and plastic plates and glasses made of plastic.」

「They attempted to add an upstairs without proper clearance. Everyone in our group struck their heads several times. I'm filing complaints it's dangerous!! REFUND!!The property is roach infested including the refrigerator. The electric was out for days.」
