Apartments in Costa Ballena for Rent

"Highly recommended this property. It is in a perfect location. "

"Wonderful suite in the old town."

"Great Flat! Thank you for letting us stay."

"Property is within walking distance of the main plazas and the river/ocean. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Only downside is parking is only available on street and not always close. There is plenty of room to load and unload things temporarily. Owner is very nice and the apartment is furnished nicely in an older Spanish style. We truly enjoyed our week there. "

"Excellent location and apartment very spacious and clean. Facilities were good and the swimming pool a great bonus. Only downside was it was on the ground floor so no natural light and very dark."

"Pros: Although a small apartment everything was really neat and clean and tidy. Convenient for us within a short walk or drive to the town. Mercedes was available on Wattsap to help and answer any questions. The whole building was extremely secure with two locked gateways to pass through. The approach is very easy by ramp and then a lift straight to the apartment door. Some traffic noise in the evening which soon died away to leave complete peace and quiet. The wifi was really good. Cons:...

"Justo debajo había una discoteca cerraba muy tarde y se oía mucho, cuando se lo comunicamos y su contestación fue que al ser céntrico era normal el ruido. La mampara estaba rota y la ducha estaba atascada"

"We absolutely loved our stay in Cadiz and the apartment. It was so close to the centre and if we needed anything at all our host was able to provide an answer straight away"

"Great location, clean, quiet, will come back."

"Clean room"

"Only picky things to mention. The windows looked out onto reception so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. The were a few marks in the cutlery draw. This is all very much outweighed by tge staff, cleanliness and comfort. Would definitely recommend. "

"The apartment was quiet and clean. It was a bit dark inside because half of the windows faced the street. Overall, the rooms were good. However, the hot water system needs some attention as it sometimes has trouble starting."

"No"

"Pros: Todo estaba limpio y tenias todo lo q te hacia falta tanto para tu higiene como para hacer comida ."
