"Pros: Although a small apartment everything was really neat and clean and tidy. Convenient for us within a short walk or drive to the town. Mercedes was available on Wattsap to help and answer any questions. The whole building was extremely secure with two locked gateways to pass through. The approach is very easy by ramp and then a lift straight to the apartment door. Some traffic noise in the evening which soon died away to leave complete peace and quiet. The wifi was really good. "We stayed here for a weekend while visiting friends in Rota. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. No contact with anyone in person, given codes to access the room etc which was fine. its very central and there are plenty of places to get a coffee for breakfast just outside the main entrance. Only issue for us was noisy guests returning at 3am. I would happily stay here again if I was visiting again as it suited us perfectly. "
