Breakfast Service from the Breakfast crew

Absolutely a fantastic place to stay in Lisbon. Everything about the place is right, from the conditions of the property to the attitude and charm of the owner, manager. I would love to stay there again during our next visit.

I can't believe anyone would rate this lower than a 5 except maybe for the location. I liked being in a quieter, more modern part of town for an extended stay. If you can figure out the bus/train schedule and/or don't mind paying for taxis to get to the center, than this is a great choice. We were in a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath unit. Beds were comfortable, staff was so nice and extremely helpful and the room had a regular kitchen with full fridge, microwave, stove, oven and washer/dryer. It was...

Property is stunning. The outside is modest so you can’t see how deep the property is and sizable the rooms are. We stayed in a suite for a lower price than other bigger known properties. The one issue was check in. I reached out weeks in advance for earlier check in and was told that if we paid a small fee we could guarantee it. When we arrived (which was early morning from an overnight flight), the person at front desk had no sense of urgency (though very nice). She said the current guests...

The accommodations were exactly as pictured. And, the place was very clean. My only recommendations would be for railings on the stairs and a room safe for valuables. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay there.

Pleasant stay, everything was clean and comfortable beds.

I stayed at Dona Graça for two weeks. The stay for my first time in Europe was immaculate. I really enjoyed the aesthetic of Dona Graca apartments. The staff and service was wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. The view was great as well

Centrally located in downtown near everything. Excellent front desk service by Sarah.

It was a great trip!

We were so nervous about this place that we initially booked just one night. The second we saw our apartment we booked the rest of our stay, and by the time we left, we booked a future stay. You won’t be wowed by the outside. But once you get inside… for us, it was the friendly staff, the impressive and beautiful common room, and our spacious and well-equipped apartment. Add an unbeatably central location, and I don’t know why we’d ever willingly stay anywhere else in Lisbon.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which looked out towards the river. The rooms were all in excellent condition and bedding was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend this place.

We love our stay, the apartment was just like the pictures and the breakfast was very good!!

Convenient location, close to all and in a relatively flat area. Easy access to tram and bike rentals Very comfortable bedding, good size rooms, great views of the city (from the 4th floor), with a little kitchen with coffee and tea, hair dryer and soaps, and daily service and towel change. I would highly recommend booking the transport that is available as it was very convenient, clean, professional and on time.

We liked that it was in the heart of old Sintra, close to palaces and old architecture.
