Location is great . Easy to move around . The staff at reception is helpful . Most importantly , you can grab a taxi n alight at the front door of the hotel . The room is spacious for 4 persons n the breakfast is great too . Highly recommended ti book this apartment hotel if you plan to go Lisbon . The only drawback could be a bit noisy at night but small issues as the convenience and cozy room stands out

We had such a great stay! The front desk staff went above and beyond—they were able to accommodate our luggage when we arrived and again when we left and they even let us check in early, which was such a lifesaver after a long tiring trip. The hotel was spotless, in a fantastic location, and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Truly made our visit so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Chiado Arty Flats was wonderful in every way. The receptionists were extremely helpful, friendly and informative. The apartment was exactly as pictured and the breakfasts were plentiful and good. We would definitely stay here again when in Lisbon.

The room was cute and decorated well. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast delivered to the room each day was fantastic. Great location! Tons of restaurants/bars/shopping nearby. Towels did have some stains.

Staff take excellent care of you. The area is full of sites and a Michelin restaurant is just around the corner. Despite the busy night life, the rooms are quiet. Breakfast is infinitely customizable.

Thank you for making our stay amazing! Hospitality started with a warm welcome with a bottle of wine. The flat is uniquely designed and very sleek and modern. This place is conveniently located and walkable from good restaurants, mall, train station.

The apartment was fun, modern and quite spacious. The staff was very helpful, gave us good recommendations for dining. The location in central Lisbon. You can walk to many places of interest, just wear comfortable shoes to walk those cobblestone streets up and down!

Our one bedroom flat with a terrace was well appointed, super clean, uniquely decorated and perfect for our family of three. Friendly and warm front desk made us feel welcome, and the breakfasts delivered to our room each morning were icing on the cake. Windows were very soundproofed against the city noise outside. Chiado area is full of nice shops and dining options, with a great Miradouro just a block away from hotel. This was our favorite hotel from two weeks of travel through Spain and Portugal.

This hotel thought of everything - Welcome drinks, through housekeeping, breakfast and water deliver to the suite, and a clean and comfortable place to stay. We were a group of 6. Everyone had a comfortable bed and room to spread out. There were also 3 showers which was much appreciated. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, offering recommendations and a helping hand, as needed. I definitely recommend this hotel for your group and hope to return!!

Great staff. The maid from India ordered us a Uber seeing taxi didn’t come and we paid her directly. Super nice of her to do this seeing we were on the way to airport. Little strange how they boarded up the entrance at night.

I liked the breakfast delivered each morning. Location was perfect. I would’ve liked a more traditional bathroom vanity that had more countertop space and storage so I could store and lay out my toiletries when getting ready but I made it work. Apartment was quite spacious. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable and I loved having a kitchen. The cleaning ladies were very good at their jobs and were so polite and helpful as was everyone else. I can’t say enough how perfect the location is. The airport transportation I booked through the hotel worked perfect. Great drivers and on time. We will be coming back to Portugal with my grown children and will definitely stay at Chiado Arty Flats again.

Exceptional location and service. Fantastic property. Thomas, Paulo and Catarina do a fantastic job making you feel at home and taking care of you and any concerns and requests you have. The location is fantastic. In the heart of Chiado overlooking a beautiful square in front of the church of San Roque and walking distance from a beautiful miradouro / viewing point overlooking the city and steps from some amazing restaurants like Bairro de Avillez, Gunpowder and Carnal. The rooms are great. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and our kids slept on the double bed in the living room-kitchen. Breakfast was delicious with bacon and eggs, fresh pastel de natas and croissants, fruit, fruit juice and cereal - awesome spread! We are coming back!

Wonderful weekend stay in Lisbon. Our small group really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon.We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment with terrace,which was perfect for our needs, the apartment was a really quirky design and spotlessly clean with some great extra touches e.g bottle of wine on arrival, dressing gowns chocolates,and free toiletries. The communication with the hotel was great they were very helpful answering any questions we had and arranging transfers. We also loved the breakfast arrangement - each day our breakfast was brought to the room and included fruit cereal,bacon,scrambled eggs,pastries,yoghurt,toast coffee and juice.The breakfast ladies were also very friendly and helpful. All this alongside being in a fabulous location close to all amenities made for a wonderful stay.If we ever visit Lisbon again(which I’m sure we will) We would definitely book these apartments without hesitation.
