「We couldn’t have picked a better choice for our party of 3. We drove in to celebrate a birthday and Christmas. We did use a 4x4 for the driveway. We had trouble with the hot tub and reached out to management. We had super fast responses from management and was sent maintenance who fixed the issue. Housekeeping even came out on Christmas. 「Not sure where to start so just bullet points. - ceilings are incredibly low. Unable to raise my arms as a person right over 6 foot in the bedroom or bathroom. - very dusty and not well cleaned. Had to air out when got there. - most windows are broken, do not latch and cant be locked- felt unsafe. - bed is extremely soft, like an old lumpy mattress soft.
