Ellen was super communicative and addressed one very minor concern that popped up quickly even though I told her it wasn’t an issue for us during our stay but may be an issue for the next guests. (I wouldn’t have even brought it to her attention until we checked out if she hadn’t messaged me the first night of our stay to see if we needed anything.) The home is lovely and gave us room to spread out a bit, which was nice. It’s a quiet neighborhood. 」

「This place is amazing! Way higher quality than other houses I’ve seen listed and stayed at for the same price range. Very clean, cozy, and spacious.Also the hosts had so many thoughtful touches in addition that really made a difference for us, like leaving chocolates on the pillows of every bed and providing pre ground coffee beans so didn’t have to go buy some and inevitably leave what we didn’t finish. 「Excellent stay. Unit is as advertised. Very well equipped, clean with comfortable bedding. Host (Mary) is an excellent communicator and everything you need to get settled into the unit is either in the binder in the unit, or online info from the host prior to check in. Highly recommended!」

「The visit was great. The house instantly made me feel at home. The house is very comfortable, had a lot of amenities and very clean. It was so dog friendly, I instantly regretted not brining our pups. Would absolutely stay again and encourage others to as well. 」

「The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean, near restaurants and best of all, away from the chaos of "campus life". The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the pots/pans/plates/cups necessary for "cooking in". Not sure about the upstairs beds, but the downstairs bed was one of the most comfortable that I've slept on between multiple vacation rentals and hotel rooms. We would definitely rent again.」
