Villa San Pietro is an 18th-century Tuscan stone house, surrounded by olive trees, with a beautiful view of the valley below. Nestled in a secluded and peaceful setting, you’ll find yourself completely surrounded by nature, with trails and paths perfect for walks in the fresh air—all while being just 5 km from the hilltop town of Cortona.

Having been recently renovated, this stunning property offers all the modern amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The 5-bedroom/5-bathroom villa is spread over two floors and an annex, and can accommodate up to 10 people in total. The first floor features a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining room, a spacious living room, and one of the double bedrooms with an en suite bathroom. On the first floor, there are three more double bedrooms (one of which can be converted to a twin) all with private bathrooms. Separate from the main house is an annex with another double bedroom and bathroom.

In the spacious garden, there is a pool where you can cool off from the Tuscan sun, or relax and enjoy good company on the terrace, which is illuminated at night. There’s also a wonderful lemon house made of wrought iron and insulated glass—perfect for a relaxing break during the day with a book or afternoon tea, or, of course, for late-afternoon and evening aperitifs!
