This starts with the commitment to service from the Staff of the Hotel - they were the part that made our experience absolutely the best. We stayed in other hotels in Spain while we were here and they didn't measure-up to this hotel. The food was good, the rooms we clean, and again always service with a smile. This hotel is obviously well-managed - it's immediately apparent when you stay here.If the reviews allowed me to make a 6 out of 5 rating, I would do so. You won't go wrong choosing this hotel. We made the mistake of only booking 1 day to start and then we missed out and had to move on Friday since they were already booked. We Don't make our mistake - book all the way through - this one is the best of the best."

"Good place to stay and great price for what you get. We had parking and the building to park in was great and you had access to the hotel from the garage. Air conditioner was bit of a pain as directly faces you in bed and no matter which way you adjust the vents it blows down on you in bed, guess saves power tho as we just turned off and opened the windows. All in all great central place to stay in adorable Ronda. "

"We spent a week as a family of 4. While I’m not sure this is truly a 5*, a bit dated overall. However the food was excellent quality, the restaurants were never too busy & the quality of food was very good, in particular at the buffet. It got busier around the pool during the week but was comfortable. The staff were a key highlight, very helpful and always a smile, everyone really, but shout out to Cristina who always had a smile & remembered everyone. "
