"We travel for 2 months and this hotel was the dirtiest and filthiest we have ever seen. First impression of the lobby dirty. The room smelled funky, a mixture of curry and human. The floors hasn’t been cleaned, dirt, debris everywhere. Dirt balls on furniture, mold in bathroom and broken kitchen cabinets. The out door chair had no paint and rust all over. The bathtub scratched and rusty, the shower curtain stained, mold everywhere. The shower rod was missing and the shower head just wrapped around the faucet. No chairs in the living room. The walls patched up and scratched. The door frames sticky, as the light switches. The bed linen came with black curly hair and the comforter with brown stains. The sofa had so many stains on it we couldn’t sit on it- just disgusting. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Stay away."

"The hotel was ok. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part (ice and ordering food at the hotel restaurant.) The breakfast was great with lots of different options. My suggestions for this property involve the wi-fi signal, air conditioning and signage. Unless you’re in the lobby area the wi-fi signal was unreliable. Unless you speak to the front desk the air conditioning is subpar. You have no control of the temperature in your room. This was the most disappointing part of our stay even after requesting a colder temperature several times at the front desk. My family often woke up throughout the night because of how hot the room had become. The restaurant served the same special every night and even though we loved the cheesecake with hazelnuts and berry cream we felt there should have been more options. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the pool area was very nice. Finally, I suggest better signs and/or more signs showing directions to the hotel entrance. Several taxi drivers kept stopping at the restaurant door that is closed and there is no access to it because they couldn’t find the front entrance to the hotel. Overall, things were alright and there is room for improvement. While breakfast was great, dinner could be better. While the hotel lobby is nicely decorated you needed to be careful walking to the pool area without tripping over a mountain of towels. I honestly don’t think I would return just because of the a/c and wi-fi issues."

"We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend! Clean accommodations, friendly staff, rooms are spacious, nice pool. Excellent airport transport! We used to go back and forth to airport and caught the metro to all the sites. Super easy, quick, and cheap! Nice, safe area. We would definitely stay again."
