「The valet, front desk, and housekeeping were amazing . We did get room service and the food was mid as well. The hotel is a little dated not what I pictured from seeing the pictures. 「I didn't like that when I went to go check in, I was told my room was canceled. On the booking site, it said , PAY AT PROPERTY at check in.... When I went to check in and pay, I was told that my credit card couldn't be processed.. Why are they trying to run my credit card if I hadn't even checked in? 「The hotel has a musty, muggy, old building smell when you first come in. Our room was muggy, the carpet felt nasty to walk on. But we think they had just steamed it and they left the air on fan so the carpet had not been able to dry. The mattress cover had stains on it and the bathroom has mold. We did not make it to breakfast but it is a very small food area. We were not informed of the breakfast times either. We stopped for coffee on the way out and the coffee was barely warm. 「Everything was excellent」

「Shower head in room sprayed ceiling, every time someone else would open a door, our when others would open the doors to other rooms, our room door would clunk back and forth in the latch plate, even when d-bolted. The lady down at restaurant in morning was not very helpful, I asked for coffee and she pointed to the empty containers and said “the coffee is free” and I had to remind her I just stated the coffee was empty. 「Construction going on around hotel. Hallway in front of room constantly had air blower on drying out carpet (probably due to leak), smelled of mold. Breakfast was a bust. What they don't tell you is breakfast is muffins, bagels, bananas, small, boxed cereal. Walls were paper thin and you could hear a toddler in one of the rooms throwing a fit around 4 a.m. Staff was very accommodating, allowed us on first floor due to my cancer.」
