Excellent Stay at Wahoo Quarters

We had a wonderful time at Wahoo Quarters! The property was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t have been better, it's just a short walk or quick drive to the beach and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and other local amenities.We also loved that pets were welcomed, which made it even more enjoyable to bring our furry family members along. The space was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, making it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

quaint, comfortable and close to beach access

Picked this condo due to fenced yard which my pups loved , we easily walked to beach and had a nice time. Very comfortable and quiet place to be with a lovely homey vibe.

Nice place to stay, dog friendly

We have a senior pup and we were pleased to find a place that is dog friendly with a reasonable pet fee. Wahoo was clean, bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also used some of the beach gear on property and it was great to have an area to rinse the sand off before going in.

Family trip

Two sisters and their families came together for the week . My daughter stayed in Wahoo quarters. The accommodations are always clean and inviting . We had a little mishap during our stay and Rebecca and Ann were so kind in helping us resolve the situation . Dave takes really good care of the place . Good team ! Our stay is always enjoyable. We will always return ! Thanks for everything

Wonderful place to stay

Our short stay (2 days) was just what we had envisioned: a quiet beach environment, comfortable living quarters and close access to downtown Port A. The fact that we were able to have our two dogs with us made it even more of a special weekend. Highly recommend Anne's accommodations.

Family trip

Came in on Friday night , left on Monday morning . Very short trip but the house was so clean and comfortable , we didn’t want to leave . Everything was ready for us to start enjoying our stay . This place is less than five minutes from everything on the island. It had everything we needed to make meals and a great place to let the dogs run free. A short 2 minute drive to the beach.

Comfy, clean and close to beach.

The bed was comfy, the yard perfect for our 65 lb pup and the location was a short walk to the beach. (Didn’t have to take our car to beach, didn’t have to rent a cart. ) Oh and did I mention all was nice and clean! Anne (owner) and Rebecca (office manager) we’re both so welcoming and sweet. Both available at our beck and call. We also had a very enjoyable time with our winter Texan neighbors.

Third Time to Stay Here!

As always, we enjoyed our holiday weekend in The Wahoo Quarters. It's our third time to stay here in 12 months; so that should say a lot! Booking is easy; contact with agent is never an issue; check-in and check-out is seamless; everything we need is in the cottage. And they are great to let us bring our two best friends (dogs, of course!). We will be back again soon!

Perfect beach spot for a quick getaway or summer vacation

The host was always nearby (in a good way) and we often had social distance drinks with her and the neighbors while our dogs played in the shared front yard. The beach is walking distance, so I nightly walk on the beach was a welcomed and refreshing routine. At night, the little one bedroom apartment was perfect for our us, our baby, and a very sandy dog to relax, cook and get a great night’s sleep. Highly recommend for couples or small families!

Beautiful suite and yard close to the beach

We absolutely loved our stay in the Wahoo unit! It was so clean and had everything we needed. Check-in was simple - Anne called me that day (we got a late start) and gave me all the info I needed to get in (and answered my questions about the beach as it was our first time). The Welcome Book had great food recommendations and the location was close to so many great options, but far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. Speaking of location - the house is on a cul-de-sac so there isn’t much traffic at all, making it safe and quiet. You’re only about an 8 minute walk to the beach via Sandcastle Rd - we brought a wagon to tote our stuff and our toddler and it was perfect. They had what looked like shared beach gear and toys in case you forget yours. Even the neighbors staying in the units next to us were friendly and helpful! I’d love to come back soon.
