We fully renovated Cloud Nine in 2021, infusing it with coastal-chic charms. Designer touches abound in this professionally decorated, modern vacation home. Find clean and bright solid wood pine floors, coastal shiplap walls and ceilings, butcher block countertops in the kitchen, quartz countertops in the baths, subway tile backsplash details, and a spa-like master bath w/ Moroccan Zelle tile and a Kinetic shower head.

Upscale furnishings won't disappoint—from nap-worthy sofas to dining areas so comfy you'll want your group feasts to last for hours.

At Cloud Nine there is plenty of room to enjoy friends and family but also enough room to spread out when you need your space. The layout is as follows:

THIRD FLOOR (remember, there's an elevator!):

* FAMILY ROOM with fabulous Gulf views and plenty of seating or everyone. Step onto the private deck out and watch the waves!
* DINING ROOM opens to the family room and kitchen, with a dining table for 10, perfect for family meals and Game Nights. Another 4 people can sit at the adjacent bar.
* KITCHEN with has a big eat-in bar that's perfect for several chef's helpers!
* POWDER ROOM, well-equipped.

SECOND FLOOR:

MASTER BEDROOM with ocean views, King bed, large flat screen TV, and its own en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. Private deck with ocean and pool views!
* SUNSET ROOM with a King bed, large flat-screen TV and sunset views. On the opposite side of the house from the master, for privacy.
* BUNK ROOM with 4 twin bunks with high quality mattresses and a flat screen TV.
* LARGE HALL BATH shared by the Bunk Room and Sunset Room, with double vanities and a locked doorway between the shower/toilet area and the vanities—perfect for privacy!

FIRST FLOOR:

* GUEST SUITE, a self-contained, separate apartment with its own entrance, overlooking the sparkling pool. Features a Queen bed w/ a Queen trundle, private full bath, small living area with sleeper sofa, large flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette w/ small fridge and Keurig coffeemaker. Great for the newlyweds or young families in your group!

* GAME ROOM in a converted garage area. While this area is not climate controlled, it's comfortable most days of the year. Have fun with a full-size shuffleboard table, plenty of seating, Commercial ice machine, and full-size fridge for all your beach or outdoor grilling drinks!
* COURTYARD surrounding the pool with plenty of seating for basking in Texas sun and gulf breezes.

* PRIVATE ELEVATOR to access all floors!

Village Walk Parking Rules:
1) Limited to 2 paved parking spaces, plus one for a SMALL car or golf cart on rocks. Additional parking can be found at nearby RV parks.
2) Parking Tags will be provided and must be displayed in vehicle.
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other VW Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV's
5) Towing will be strictly enforced
