We did have a slight problem with an ant invasion in the kitchen. My grandson plugged their entry with some of my little granddaughters play dough !! Seemed to help

Very nice place

Overall it was a very nice stay. Check in and check out easy. Very nice pool and play set for the kids and close to beach. Only concern was the twin sheet set pack had toothpicks folded in the sheets. Seemed odd and potentially dangerous.

Good new community with pool

The property is new and as described. Pool is really cool. Road construction on the entrance is a little bit inconvenient, hope it will be finished soon.

My 60th Birthday

This property was a perfect fit for my family. The layout of the property is excellent. The pool and playground are directly behind the unit. My grandchildren and nephews could play safely without us having to worry about any cars or dangers. The unit itself is beautiful. Large and spacious open concept. We had 4 generations of family on one of the days there. Everyone fit comfortably and the master bdrm & bathroom downstairs was perfect for the older generation. My grandkids LOVED the playground and kiddie pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Okay place to stay

We were able to check in 30 minutes early. Lots of communication via text & email. Condo wasn’t very clean. Back patio area wasn’t cleaned at all before our visit. Dumpsters were full and overflowing. AC, appliances, and plumbing worked well. We were with family, so smallish rooms worked for us.

Mini vaca

Searched for hours for accommodations large enough & that a wheelchair paralyzed son could use. Found, reserved, went, enjoyed, played & relaxed. Only complaint- to short. Family wants another get away. Will schedule again !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Padre Escapes did a great job accomadating our requests. During the week the rental was quiet and the kids loved swimming in the pool. On the weekends it gets busier but we would go to the beach then. Easy to get to things!

Great Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: had a great vacation.... Got engaged!!! Loved having a lace the entire famy cod stay. Only a few minor hiccups. The condo spelt like d cooking o do we had to go buy air freshener. There are a few things we had to go buy that I think should'be staples in the house like all purpose cleaner for the counter tops and coffee filters. The back door blinds were broke and the light in the up stairs bedroom was burnt out. The worse were the ants. Although you were kind enough to leave ant spray they were horrible. Within minutes our food was infested. Overall the stay was great!!! PLEASE DO NOT POST THIS REVIEW BE SUSE OUR OVERALL STAY WAS GREAT

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was very nice and we enjoyed it very much! I would love to comeback here if I get the chance. The condo was very clean and modern and everything was well maintained. Our kiddos loved the playscape right out the back door and the pool and splash pad was really nice. (Too bad it was too cold outside to get in and out of!) The staff at Padre Escapes was kind and very accommodating. The only problem was that our code to get in the condo stopped working, but they fixed that lickety split. I guess that might be a problem if it happened after hours, but they do have a 24 hour call service that I assume could fix that as well. 5 out of 5 stars!
