The Cozy Cottage

Are you ready to hit the beach, sit back and relax? ThenThe Cozy Cottage is just the place for you. This cottage is located just a short golf cart ride to the beach and town were you are sure to find exquisite dining, shopping and local activities.
After a long day of fishing or beach going you can come back to find that this cottage has all the amenities to feel right at home. This cottage offers 1 br (queen), a twin sized day bed with trundle, full bath, 2 smart tv’s, and a full kitchen.
The space
The Cozy Cottage is a 2min golf cart ride to the beach Access Rd. 1A, or a 10mim walk to Beach lodge which brings you to the beach.
Dominos is right behind the property and is golf cart accessible, also right down the road on 11th street there is Jack Fish golf cart rentals where you can rent a golf cart by the hour or by the day. Please DO NOT take your golf cart on HWY 361 per city ordinance.

Friendly reminders and rules for The Cozy Cottage:

-The cottage is a No Smoking zone, please Do Not smoke inside ($500 fee enforced).
-Please do not have more people than allowed stay over night.
-You can jam but no excessively loud music, Port Aransas enforces quiet time at 11p.m.
-Towels provided in the cottage are not intended for beach use. Please do not remove any towels or linens from the cottage. Any missing or damaged linens/towels will be charged for.
-Please do not leave the cottage doors open.
-We want to keep our little cottage cute and clean for every guest so the cottage will be checked and inventoried before check-in and immediately after departure. Any property damage or missing items will be charged for.
-Please for all that is good and holy do not clean fish on the property. (Roberts' Point Park and Marina has a great fish cleaning area. Also, keep in mind that most of the docks here in Port Aransas will clean your catch for a fee.)
-The cottage is not child proofed, please be with your child at all times.
-The cottage is not stocked with beach chairs or towels, please come prepared with these items.
-WIFI is provided; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
-Absolutely NO subscribing to channels or ordering movies. All un authorized purchases will be charged for.

Check-Out Instructions

-Make sure all furniture items are in the same positions and places they were upon your arrival.
-Make sure the outside area is cleaned of all debris and pet remnants.
- We completely understand that you are on vacation and we respect that. With that said we do not ask that you strip beds or make the place sparkle. We do however ask that you leave the cottage in decent shape when you leave. *(If the Cottage is left excessively dirty an additional cleaning fee will be enforced).
-Turn off all lights, fans, etc.
-Most important travel home safely!


*We love when guest bring their fur babies! If you are bringing your fur babies on vacation with you please be courteous and pick up after them.

$75 Non refundable pet fee due at check-in (2 pet, 50lb maximum, cat and/or dogs only).

There will be an additional $50 clean-up fee enforced if we have to clean up any accidents.
