"Overall a wonderful trip. The staff was very helpful starting from check in. I enjoyed the view from our room. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. I wished it was cheaper. The bad and the staff was amazing. We enjoyed the room. I didn't like the fact that a lot of locals went and did the pool. They need to have better security. The beach view was amazing!"

"Good well-maintained hotel. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Staff at reception are distracted. When I checked out, there was no one at the reception and I left my key cards on the desk and left. Other than that, it is a great hotel to stay in."

"I absolutely love this place. I come down here all the time. I see what their current review is and it does not match what I have experienced. It’s right near the water. The beach is really nice there and there’s a little outdoor bar that’s pretty cool. Have an indoor bar and restaurant as well. I haven’t eaten at the restaurant, but it seems like a nice place to eat. Just haven’t done it yet. The rooms are always nice and clean and comfortable and the staff is always friendly and attentive. I gave this place near a 10. The only thing is is that the place doesn’t need a little remodeling. But it’s all minor stuff. I would say the elevators are a little small for the size of hotel. But other than that, that’s it. I will always stay here when I come down the North Padre."
