MAIN LIVING SPACE: The first floor consists of a large family room, dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a large, stainless gas range and island for extra seating. The banquet-size dining room, with a table that seats eight and a convenient bar area, makes it easy to entertain large groups. The family room’s large sectional sofa and cozy pair of club chairs makes a comfortable gathering place. Or retreat to the first-floor study to read or playing board games. Details like the coffered ceiling in the dining room add character.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: All three bedrooms are located on the second floor, and each has a private bathroom. Two of them are primary suites, each with king beds and comfortable linens. The bunk room has two top bunk beds and a queen bed that sleeps four. All of the second-floor bedrooms have private doors leading to the fantastic wrap-around porches. Downstairs, the study has a queen-size Murphy bed that accommodates extra guests at night.
GREAT FEATURES: Enjoy comfortable porches furnished with wicker chairs and tables. All bedrooms and the family room feature large flat-screen TVs with DVD players. The washer-and-dryer tucks away in a second-floor closet.
