La Playita MR130 is an adorable beach house located in the Mustang Royal subdivision. This vibrant home invites you to your own personal oasis. Upon entering the house you’ll find an open floor plan with a living area, dining area and full kitchen. There is the king bedroom and bath located on main floor. On the second floor, there are two large bedrooms with attached bathrooms. One, with two queen size beds, the second with two bunks, twin over full. La Playita has a beautiful wraparound balcony that overlooks the yard which is also great for bird watching around the pond. The wonderful outdoor space is great for entertaining the whole group, complete with backyard games, a picnic table, and a charcoal grill to cook your catch of the day! The Mustang Royal beachfront Community offers a neighborhood swimming pool and golf cart access to the beach. STR#2348428

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets under 25 lbs are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old.  A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
