This fifth floor, efficiency condo is decorated to the nines- with crisp, modern finishes, a fantastic view of the Port Aransas Beach and a private balcony to soak in the sights and sounds of the Gulf Coast, be sure to book Unit #519 today!

The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you could possibly need during your vacation. The owners of this condo have maximized the space of this unit and have added a customized bar for additional counterspace and seating for 2.

If waking up to gorgeous sunrises are for you, there is a king bed situated perfectly in front of the wall-to-wall windows that overlook both the Sandcastle pool and beach. Enjoy your morning coffee inside on the swivel rocking chairs, or if the weather is nice, enjoy the seating for 2 from your very own, personal balcony.

Nice Condo, Well-shaded

The condo is nicely updated and the bed is comfortable. The patio has a pretty view of the beach, yet well-shaded throughout the day; there is no direct Sun on you. You can hear the sounds of the calming surf in the morning and evenings. Unfortunately, you cannot hear the surf in the afternoon when guests at the pool are blaring their personal music and yelling the lyrics. Staff did tell them to turn it down, but a different set of folks did the same thing the next day. The pool rules mention No Loud Noise, but it is not enforced. The condos are a good location, so I suggest staying at the beach during the day when the noisy pool guests are there. The good news is that you cannot hear the revelry indoors. The glass is soundproof! Overall, I recommend the condo and The Sandcastle.
