With fantastic ocean breezes and an unbeatable location just a short walk to the boardwalk and fabulous beaches, an on-site restaurant, and more, this rental will surely make your next vacation a memorable one! Once inside, you enjoy the soaring ceilings and open living space. The balcony breezes are breathtakingly calming and relaxing. The living area features a beautiful sofa, coffee table, credenza, and an LED flat-screen television, along with an additional seating area for accommodating more guests. The expansive kitchen features a large island with four barstools, a wine fridge, a dishwasher, an ice maker, and more. The custom-made dining table seats ten. The expansive Master bedroom, with vaulted ceilings, features a plush king-size bed, designer bedside tables, a chair & lamps, a flat-screen TV, a full-size closet, and a private en-suite bath. The private bathroom offers a shower with two vanities. Enjoy the ocean breezes on either of the two private balconies. The main living area and the master suite are all located on the second level of the home.
Located on the first level of the home are the two guest bedrooms, which feature plush queen-size beds, designer side tables, and flat-screen TVs. These two bedrooms offer a shared bathroom with two vanities and a standalone shower. The spacious bunk bedroom features a full-over-queen bunk bed and a private bathroom. The stylishly designed metallic wallpapered bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. Downstairs, enjoy the outdoor shower to wash away the sand from your toes. Cook your local catch of the day on the BBQ grill downstairs and enjoy a freshly cooked meal. There is parking for three vehicles. Soak up the sun by the shared pool or adult pool. The adult pool will be heated from November 1st through March 1st. During this time, children will be allowed in the adult pool until 5:00 p.m. Rent a golf cart and stroll into town to enjoy Port A's lively activities. With its idyllic location in Port A, guests can enjoy the surroundings and all that the Texas Coast has to offer. Port Aransas is a growing community and may experience construction near the home and Resort.
