Hair left in the shower, AC had issues, stains on the bed sheets

Good location, check in was easy, Upon checking in I discovered left over hair in the shower and shower drain absolutely disgusting.Windows absolutely filthy. The Ac worked but barley it’s one of those that you hot then cold then hot then cold for two nights so awful sleep.Upon leaving we found a big orange stain on the sheets which lead me to believe that the sheets were not changed or they did not have anything else to use. That gave me a really bad Nausea feeling causing the dry heaves to come along.I would say don’t take your chance with what I experienced it’s not worth it.

Comfortable Efficiency Apt.

Very easy remote check in. Communication was open & easy, as well. Unit very clean & had all the necessary supplies for the stay. Location was very convenient, walking distance to several restaurants & bars. Was nervous about the "limited parking" but it turned out to be perfect for thos people who were supposed to be parked there. Would definitely stay here again.

Little Get away in paradise

It was a great stay. We made love on the balcony overlooking the pool goers to a beautiful Sunrise. All in all this is a great place great location.

Great location and sunrise view.

Loved the view.!We we're abale to watch the sunrise from the balcony. The kitchen had everything you could need including a full size oven and fridge with an ice maker.

Close to the Beach and Restaurants

It was a little challenging communicating with staff at first (getting multiple texts from multiple phone numbers, and our key lock reset itself twice.) Beyond those challenges, it was a beautiful stay and central location with a lovely view off the balcony. The apartment was slightly less clean than expected (sock under bed, old rusty shower curtain).

Very Nice Condo/Location!

BIG Thank you to Brenda Behringer & Sebastian De La Garza for the outstanding support/check-in! My wife & I come down to Port -A every month and stay at different places...some good...some not-so-good. This condo was a cut above all the others (size, price, cleanliness & location). From now on, this is our go-to-condo for all future stays. Note to owners; you may want to look at replacing two condo items; a new Mr. Coffee (the hot plate on the bottom is rusting out & shower certain bar & hooks (rusting as well). Thanks again Brenda/Sebastian!

Disgusting Balcony

Overall, this is a nice property. There is a great view of the water, but there was so much bird poop on the balcony (including on the seat cushions on the chairs), that we were unable to enjoy it. The water through the pipes was yellow, so we used bottled water for everything. There is a very musty smell as soon as you walk in the unit. This is too bad because the location is amazing.

1. I did not like the dog in swimming pool area. 2. Non residents came and took over pool saturday night. Very loud and vulgar mouths. They refilled jacuzzi as if they were at home. Everything else was good
