  • Beach and lakeside living at Cinnamon Shore South! This gem is perfect for families, with 2 separate living areas, 1 king and 1 queen suites, plus six bunk beds in two additional rooms. Lovely lake view, located a short boardwalk away from the Neighborly family pool and playscape, plus all the amenities at Cinnamon Shore!

    AMENITIES: Resort-style pools such as the Cabana Pool for ages 18+ and adjacent family pool with splash pad and bar and restaurant service; Neighborly Square pool and playscape; and new Glow Pool and Fitness Center. Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks, as well as pickleball and half basketball courts. Serene lakes and ponds with boardwalks and fishing and a community pier. Enjoy additional amenities at Cinnamon Shore North, located just a mile down the beach, including pools, restaurants, and Town Center fun.

    MAIN LIVING The second-floor main living area offers a window-lined, beautifully decorated central gathering space for entertaining friends and family. A well-appointed kitchen offers a gas range and stainless appliances as well as an outdoor grill-- everything you need for meal prep and eating. There is seating for eight at the large dining table and five on the large island. The large sectional and ottoman invite you to lounge, play games or watch a movie on the big-screen smart TV. If it’s quiet you want, step out on the balcony to sit and enjoy the lakefront view. A secondary den downstairs offers another gathering spot, great for the kids wanting to watch a Disney movie or those wanting to watch a golf tourney while everyone else hangs out upstairs.

    SLEEPING QUARTERS
    The primary king suite on the second floor is a private retreat under vaulted ceilings, with a serene bathroom that has dual vanities and glass-front shower with marbleized tile. A gorgeous queen suite on the first floor offers relaxing space with driftwood browns with teal accents. Its private bath features glass-front walk-in shower. The first-floor bunk room showcases a triple-stacked bunk bed with three full bunks! And a bonus sleeping nook offers another triple-stacked bunk bed with three twin bunks. A shared bath serves all those using the bunks.

    GREAT EXTRAS
    Conveniences include a full washer and dryer on the first floor. The second floor includes a large pantry off the kitchen for you to store your favorite snacks and supplies, games in the living room for the whole family, and a half bath. The rear patio offers seating and overlooks a grassy backyard that leads to the lakeside boardwalk and a fully stocked lake that awaits your fishing adventures. A gas grill on the upper balcony promises great grilling options for your fresh fish, burgers or a great steak.

Great summer getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Sip and Sea. We had a group of teens and adults and the house was so comfortable for all. We especially loved the large sectional in the living room. We were able to watch movies each night as a big group comfortably. The house had everything we needed and we are already talking about returning next summer. The owner is very attentive and the resort staff were great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house to friends and family.The beach is a little narrow on CS South but we rented a golf cart for the stay and just drove a little ways north and set up our own shade/chairs. We also did a fire on the beach each night which is one of our favorite things about Port A.

We had more than enough space (could have fit many more kids easily). The boys loved the double bunk beds, and easy access to the dock from the house. The kitchen was well stocked and the huge couch made for a cozy movie night. We would definitely stay here again!

Stairs to the upper floor living area a bit challenging with heavy luggare or coolers. Could use a few more provisions as the place is fairly new. Disapointed to see the market in Cinnamon Shores North is permanently closed. Fishing poles for the lake would be a nice touch for the kids. South may turn out better than the North when completed.

Amazing vacation

We loved all the windows in our house and how clean it was. The neighborhood was bright and fun with all the different house colors. We really enjoyed the pickleball courts and drove there almost every night. The golf carts were designed well with just a passcode and no key and we loved that we could park it right outside the house. The wide bridges were great and made it easy to cross over to the beach. We didn’t have any negatives about our stay and would definitely come back!

Beautiful Community, Ongoing Construction During Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great overall experience at Cinnamon Shores South. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and very family-friendly. The house itself was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. The kids had fun in the pool, fishing in the lake, and playing on the beach. The only downside was that there is currently ongoing construction in the community, including both new home builds and roof replacements due to prior hail damage. During our stay, our home’s metal roof was in the process of being replaced, and there was active roofing construction at the neighboring house as well (promptly from 8am–6pm). This wasn’t disclosed prior to booking, and it did impact both the aesthetics of the home and the overall daytime experience. We likely would have chosen a different property had we known the roof repairs would be taking place during our stay.Management was responsive after we brought it to their attention, which we appreciated.Overall, we still had a great trip. Just something future guests may want to be aware of if construction is ongoing in the community. Hopefully, the hail damage is all repaired before the summer.

Beds were comfortable and the couch was big and comfortable! Loved having an ice maker in the fridge! My daughter fished at the pond and caught a handful of fish through out our stay! The outdoor shower made it so easy to clean toys and sand off feet after being at the beach! Loved that the smaller pool near the house is an easy walk! Parking was great! The only thing that could make it better is if it was pet friendly! We chose to leave our fur babies at home this year so we were able to book this house, but we love to bring them on vacation with us so next year will need a pet friendly home, otherwise I would book this house again! This was our 5th time staying at CS and by far my favorite trip!

Incredible Home and Great Location

We prefer South to North as it seems a little quieter and laid back as of now. We do not mind the construction one bit and our toddler loved seeing the big trucks! The location provided close proximity to the beach and to the pool. Could not have asked for a better home base while here.The only drawback was that we were not able to check in to our home till 4:30 or so as our home was not ready. We were told that check in started at 4 but that did not indicate that the home would actually be ready at that time. I do wish there was a way that the office team could communicate readiness or if the home was not ready to you prior to check in so accommodations can be made in our travels.

The property was clean and very well stocked with kitchen supplies. One of my favorite things that cinnamon shore has continued on even with growth is the kits that come with each room. My only negative about this property which is hardly a negative, the sectional in the upstairs living room isn’t connected from piece to piece so the middle will slide out if you try to lay on it.

South Cinnamon Shore is calmer and less crowded than North Cinnamon Shore, which was good for us.The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The house is spacious. Recommend!

Ice Cream For Breakfast - Cinn Shores South

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for Thanksgiving break. To be perfectly honest the house was not ready to be rented out. Outside bathroom/oven vents banged like hammers all night, all day. Construction mess surrounded house and in yard. Unfinished gates banged constantly that I had to go rig. Clerk at convenience store at CIn Shore Nirth did not know how to use cash register and we were told we could buy our stuff if we came back. We have stayed many times and loved it.... Just poor overall. I hope it was a fluke of a stay.

The house was clean and had all the little things that made it convenient. Gas grill was a bonus that made dinners easy. Construction didn’t phase or disrupt our stay at all-only happened while we were out at beach or pool during daytime hours. Highly recommend and would for sure stay here again!
