Enjoyed the Pool. Condo is beautiful and very comfortable.I would say they need to advise there are no extra dish towels, no oven mitts, nor salt & pepper. Most places stock those items.

Never stayed anywhere that felt and smelled so clean. The beds and pillows smelled so clean. First time I didn’t change into my own sheets and pillows. Even though the condos are so close together didn’t hear anything from anyone outside or beside. Will definitely stay here again. Loved being so close to the beach too
So spacious and comfortable
Perfect kitchen. Was able to visit with everyone while cooking dinner.
Perfect for relaxing after a long day at beach.

Overall the location is good. Very short drive to the beach. The pool is fun and so accessible. Kids loved it. Place was clean and overall a nice stay.

GREAT PLACE!!

I loved these condos! The location was great, so close to places to eat, and the beach! place was clean and loved that the pool was right outside our door! Will definitely be back, we all enjoyed ourselves!

Our Summer trip

Location was great and the pool was awesome. The room was cleaned but it did have some things that needed to be tightened up like the kitchen sink and the bathroom tp holder was loose. Beds were comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Adequate summer stay

The front door was very hard to open. The pool key did not work. We have stayed at this location 3 times (2 different properties) in the last year and pool keys never work. The water hose leaked and sprayed every where. The water filter in refrigerator needed to be replaced. One of the hall lights was burnt out. Towels that where placed on our beds were still wet. Power outage on wall with TV took several hours for someone to come and turn circuit breaker on. While the couch was fine other furniture in living room was worn and uncomfortable. Pros, clean, kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, pots and pans, and utensils. Very spacious and plenty of room for 8 people. Some of these things are just to let you know that items need attention. I would stay again.

Place was very comfortable and clean.

We had an overall good experience. Place was clean, comfortable and nice pool. Getting access code upon arrival was a bit of a hassle. Thankfully a guy in the location doing inspections was able to help me and called so I could get code. Communication could’ve been better. Keep the same energy for arrivals that you’ll do when sending three different check out reminders. Just saying

Comfortable, close to beach

This is a nice poolside property. Decor was nice, beds comfy, but some items needed attention. Interior rugs were not freshly washed, and the outdoor rug is well beyond its life. That was yucky. Toilet in master bath..not too sure it was just cleaned as it got dirty after 3 days. There is old muck running down the wall on the porch; don't know what it is. Washed the rugs, and our master comforter. Sheets are also getting tired. Looking around, everything else looked fine overall. There is a lamp in second bedroom but it is not plugged in anywhere. We did enjoy our stay once we got over all that, loved the pool, and felt safe. Despite some late pool goers, it's nice n quiet in the bedrooms. Everything worked, tv, wifi etc.. I would give them 5 stars, but some things needed better attention to detail. Would stay at same property again.

The location of the property is a big plus. It is close enough to the beach that you can walk since we couldn't drive the golf cart on the beach. The big downside was the floor in the kitchen. It is stain concrete which was nice but something had gone terribly wrong in the kitchen. No matter how much I mopped, it was still sticky as if grease had been spilled.

Very nice place

This place was very clean, had everything needed to make the stay comfortable. Very spacious. The walk to the beach was not as close as I had thought. Had to walk down a street and then down a long path, took about 10 minutes. We bought a beach permit and drove the next day. Check in and check out was very easy.

Nice, but...

We enjoyed our stay and have rented a condo in this complex before. The condo we rented this time had broken and uncomfortable furniture. If the furniture was upgraded - more comfortable beds, living room chairs, and functioning dining room chairs and table I would have given all 5 stars!
