Overall, the stay was great! The location, the golf cart, the house with all that it offers was FANTASTIC. The refrigerators on multiple floors, the fans, the AC, the washer/dryers, the views, the beds, the balconies, etc was AMAZING! The response by the maintenance staff to correct a few items was very timely and appreciated to make our stay more enjoyable. Communication from the owners was timely as well. Easy check-in
Anyone considering this house should know these things:
The house was pet-friendly but there was not a fenced-in back yard. This property would be greatly improved if a back and side fences were put up to match the neighbors on both sides.
Needing handicap accessibility or staying with someone in a wheelchair should know a few things:
-elevator works great so there is access and very roomy for moving around with a wheelchair.
-there is no balcony access on 2nd and 3rd floors for a wheelchair (no ramps). We requested them to be added so my husband could see the ocean because he had no other way to see it, but they said that they would not be adding those ramps.
-there is a wooden ramp on both entrances on 1st floor which allows access to back porch for grilling.
About the neighborhood pools - they are not well maintained. We did not use them because the water was merky and green. Closest hot-tub was dark and almost blackish. The neighborhood association has great yard maintenance and trash pick-up but should add pool maintenance to its list.
