Great vacay in Port A! This property accommodated our group of adults & young adults perfectly. Plus, the location was very convenient. We parked the cars & cruised in the golf carts…added bonus, no sandy cars!

New Years

Had a great time. Love the space for so many people. Big kitchen great game room. One suggestion should be a few more towels and wash clothes. Downstairs master bath only had 1 a piece for 3 days. All in all fantastic place!

Summer vibes

My extended family comes to Port Aransas every year for vacation. As we’ve grown, so do the houses we select to stay! This one was perfect for 5 couples and 4 kids. We enjoyed the pool everyday. We appreciated the outdoor shower by the garage for after beach days. Location was convenient to beach and downtown Port A. Golf cart was super fun. Beds were comfortable. All the amenities we wanted. Looking forward to next year!

Mom-Daughter Spring Break

The property was perfect for our mother/daughter trip to Port A. Each room was spacious and comfortable. The bunk room was perfect for our six girls, and all five moms had great sleeping arrangements. All the beds were comfortable, and the game room was a perfect hangout for the girls upstairs while the moms relaxed in the downstairs living room. The pool was a nice amenity to have after a day on the beach. The home also came with a golf cart which was extremely convenient. We had one small issue with the AC at the beginning of the trip, but property management was quick to respond and had the problem taken care of in no time. The house is centrally located and has easy access to the beach by golf cart. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic necessities, but did lack a few non-essential items like ziplock bags, aluminum foil, and all purpose cleaner for easy cleanups. The home was perfect for our trip. We will certainly consider using this property again when returning to Port A with a large group!

Can’t wait to go stay again!

Can’t say enough about this place. You won’t be disappointed! The house was very nice and very comfortable. The included golf cart was super nice. Was in driveway when we arrived, and no need to return- just left in driveway upon departure. We did pay for the pool to be heated, but it never heated. Management was attentive and tried to fix. Not a big deal to us just would’ve been a nice extra.

Great House

The house was a great size for the amount of people we had. Great location, very nice as described. Only a few little things that would have made it "perfect". Several light bulbs out, battery in fan remote in game room was dead and pacman machine did not work. Couldn't find instruction on how to connect to the SONOS speakers and the back yard could have used a little maintenance. Overall excellent house! Would stay here again.

Lucky Marlin

Beautiful home. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen. Fun game room. There is something for everyone. The pool is a great size for games. We really enjoyed our stay at the Lucky Marlin. Had a couple of issues we had to call property manager about and they were right on top of it same day. Would highly recommend this property for your vacation with your family. We had a blast.

Girls Trip Perfection

Everything about this house is perfect! The location, the beautiful house, the pool , the golf cart. We appreciated all the amenities. The comfy beds, private bathrooms for all bedrooms. Know I want to gather all my kids and their significant others and plan to come back soon !

Rambling thoughts

Grill was dirty, ants in restroom tub, ants on counter in kitchen, pool was constantly dirty meaning the filtration system wasn’t very good, or needed to run more often. Pool was also hot, perhaps adding a shade over the pool may help. These were very minor to us, but wanted you all to be aware. Other then these minor problems we enjoyed the house and all the amenities that come with it.. oh one last suggestion.. if the rental comes w one free night for a golfcart, I suggest letting whoever rents the house to choose the date. If we check in at 4, the last thing most people do is go to the beach at 4 pm or have to worry about it the next day.. just a thought.

Great house with minimal stairs

We have stayed at this property previously which is why we came back. It has a great layout for our family. We have grandparents that can’t climb lots of stairs and having the master bedroom and public spaces all on the first floor is our favorite thing about this house. And of course the kids love the pool and bunk room. My only suggestion is in regards to the grill. Both times we have stayed here the grill has been very dirty. We planned for that the second time and brought our own grill for cooking. House itself was clean and tidy though. The home is also on a fairly small and quiet street which is very nice.

Great Family Vacation

Beautiful home with a fantastic pool and lounge areas.

The whole family loved the spaciousness of the home with the open floor plan on main level. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Had everything we needed for family of 8 even a game room for the gamers. The pool and lounge areas with a picnic table were our favorite places to gather.

Mostly great with a few kinks

Upon arrival, we quickly noticed the freezer was stuck open and had to fix it. Pool wasn't the cleanest. Some beds were comfortable, some were awful. No sand on the shuffle to play, pac man was coin based. The house was beautifully decorated and cleaned well. We had everything we needed to cook. But no ice. We were able to fit 4 cars and the golf cart in the driveway and garage. Internet cut off on day 2 for some reason. It was a fun stay overall. Lots of places to sleep. Comfy couches.
