The house itself was so nice, clean, spacious. I just wish they had a dog friendly area with grass. The area was filled with rocks for the dogs to use the restroom on. Also the pool was extremely cold when I went at like 11am.

House location was great but the cleanliness to the house wasn’t too good when we arrived the house smelled bad. The king size bed upstairs was broken making the head part of the bed slant down. The couches in the living room were broken as well and the pool had no lights at night.

Worked out perfect

I booked this place for a last minute weekend away before school and it worked out perfect . The beach is super close like a 2 minute drive and everyone enjoyed the crystal clear pool every night we were there. Couldn't have asked for more at the last minute .

It was enough for a guys trip

It was fun we all had a good time and I don’t have anything really bad to say about this place. In the pictures of the listing it was a little confusing to figure out the layout of the house but other than that it was all we needed.

Close to the beach

Clean, walking distance to beach, and bigger than expected. (9 people-5 adults & 4 children (16-10) AC worked well! Kitchenware was available and a Keurig was there as well. Unable to use futón due to it being broken, Properly manager did try to remedy situation quickly. We were able to switch up sleeping arrangements, so all was good. Garage fit minivan and mid-size SUV, and having the patio was a nice place to hang up wet clothes and use the water spout to rinse off sand on shoes and feet. We all enjoyed our stay…even extended it an extra day!

Awesome rental for Spring Break

Nice, clean, quiet property. Looks just like the pictures. Right around the corner from the public parking lot for the beach. Only drawback, no bbq grills. Definitely will be back!!

Christmas gathering

This was a sweet place to stay. Close to the ocean. Plenty of beds. Plenty of space to hang and play games. The outdoor area is quite nice. Unfortunately we were there during cold weather. The washer and dryer is a big plus. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Comfortable house close to beach

We enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of rooms and big comfortable beds. It was close the the beach. Didnt have a BBQ pit which we were looking forward to hanging out in the nice covered patio eating but still had a great time.

Good Location

This property has easy access to the beaches, either walking or driving. It met the needs of our family just fine. Our only issues were that we couldn’t find any bedding for the Futon bed in the master, there were dead bugs in the bedroom and kitchen, and I had to call and request the check-in info a few minutes before check-in time. As a bonus, we had a family of cats that lived just outside the downstairs bedroom.

Family time

Everything was pretty good. TV’s did not work in all rooms. One person could only shower at a time and had to wait about 10-15 minutes until the next person could shower. We had them come out and look at it but they said it was in tolerance but we still it was a pain with 5 people But over all it was nice had a great time
