We are very close to the Islands excellent dining options as well as steady standbys such as Whataburger, Subway, Sonic, and nearly just across the street from Starbucks!

Enjoy the convenience of elevator access and an on-site fish cleaning station — perfect for guests who love fishing in Padre Island.

This home features an Ultra comfortable queen bed! Twin daybed with trundle. Allows for four guests to sleep comfortably!

Full size washer and dryer are located directly inside the unit for your clothes care needs!

The very large TV in the studio provides for excellent viewing of your favorite sports or movies! Plus, it is equipped with the full Spectrum cable lineup!

Do you love the fish or boat?

You won’t find any better Marina access on the Island with very large boat slips, all included with your standard reservation. Awesome place to catch the sunset or a bunch of fish!

We have also two pools here. My favorite pool is the outside pool, which overlooks the canal. A sweet place to catch the sun retire for the day.

If you’re a BBQ enthusiast, we’ve got some excellent smoker grills on the property and picnic tables to enjoy your meal!
