Coastal gem with spacious backyard and garage

Strand Haüsle is coastal living at it's finest!  Get ready to live like a local in this gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath newley built family home in Aransas Pass. Home has a huge fenced in backyard equipped with bbq grill and outside seating. Perfect for back yard bbq's or just hanging out with the family. 







Master bedroom has comfortable king size bed, with flat screen tv and spacious amoire. Master bathroom has sliding barn doors with double sinks, private toilet area and stand up shower. 







Secondary bedroom has queen size bed with spacious closet space. With second full bathroom just steps away.







Third bedroom is perfect for the little ones with cute little bunk beds. There is a twin on top with a full size bed on bottom bunk with a pull out twin trundle on bottom. 







Home has sizable living room area, perfect for family movie night. Strand Haüsle has open dining and kitchen area. With dining room table seating for 8. Kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, and all the basic cooking essentials needed for cooking your families favorite meal. 







Home has two exterior cameras for security. There is one in the front and one in the back.







Home is a short driving distance to local restuarants, boat ramps, and fishing.

Great new place, very nice and convenient

Everything was amazing with the house and the location. There’s not a lot of places this nice to stay in this area. The only negatives are the high deposit and high cleaning fees. It’s sad that these things take away from a wonderful rental like this.

Loved this home! Great size for my family of 5. It’s beautiful, clean, well stocked with all the essentials and located in a good area. Very quiet and seemed like a very safe neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly. The neighborhood is a bit dark but felt safe at all times. My experience from start to finish has been nothing but amazing and I really appreciate it.
