Mustang Towers 702, a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 7th floor, with absolutely unbelievable views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Imagine sitting out on the balcony listening to the sounds of summer, crashing thru the waves, or the amber rays of a fall sunset as they dance on the water.
The well-appointed kitchen is fully furnished with stainless streel appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, granite counter tops and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The dining area has a generous size table that will easily seat 6, with a bench on one side. There are 2 additional bar stools at the bar for a quick snack.
The dining / living area in an open concept. The living area has a comfy sectional, 3 side chairs, rocker/recliner and TV, Wi-Fi. Sliding glass doors lead out to the balcony.
BD1) is on the bay side of the condo, it has a set of twin bunk beds, a full-size bed, rocking chair, end tables, lamp, a chest for clothing, a large closet and to complete the room a TV and Wi-Fi. The full bath down the hall has a tiled walk on shower, cabinets and sink. Also located on the bay side of the condo is the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
BD2) The master bedroom has a wall of windows that look out to the beach, the sliding glass doors open to the balcony. There is a queen size bed, nightstands, lamps, a nice large chair to cuddle up in and read, large closet and TV. The ensuite full bath has a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with a bench seat built in, a sink with granite counter tops and a large mirror.

There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9a.m. to 10p.m with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3Ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep. There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked to not throw trash in after 10p.m. or before 8a.m. To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicap and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boat, trailers, or Jet Ski's they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.
