Fantastic home / location

House was perfect for our family of 17. Location to beach was fantastic and the amenities at the resort were great. Would plan another trip to that house / resort in the future. Absolutely wonderful time and house.

Great beach house

This is a beautiful house with so much room and every amenity you could possibly want or need! The property manager was very responsive to all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Our family had a great time! Highly recommend this property! We’re hoping to be back one day!

I had an absolutely amazing stay! Lucy was a fantastic host—she made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were not only beautifully kept but incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to relax. There was so much to do in the area, from local attractions to just enjoying the stunning beach, which was only a short walk away. Every part of the stay was fantastic, and I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

Celebrated sisters 50th w family

We enjoyed everything about this property and our time here! The spacious family room and kitchen was our primary hangout with more than enough space for our group of 20! Plenty of space in the bedrooms, comfy beds and decor and individual bathrooms for each. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed - the industrial style coffee maker was awesome - now I need one for my home - we definitely will return and stay again.

Perfect house for a large group

This house was perfect for our large group of friends and had plenty of space for both sleeping and hanging out during the day. Lisa was an incredibly helpful and responsive host. Being close to the many amenities offered by Palmilla was really great and helpful as well. We would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to Port Aransas!

Great place

The house was as advertised. We had 14 family members from 75 to 5 years old and still had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything in the house worked. Would definitely rent again.

Great Place :))

We had a great time celebrating my daughter's bachelorette weekend and could not have chosen a more beautiful clean home. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness of a home, so much that I rarely will state that a home was clean but this house definitely met my expectations!! Over the top fantastic

Honestly, our weekend was fabulous and the house is lovely! So many places for privacy and so many places for togetherness. The kitchen is well stocked, all the bedrooms were completely wonderful and any tiny glitches we had were smoothed out quickly. Definitely a winner!!!

Birthday celebration

This house is amazing ! The location allows easy access to the beach, guest services and dining. The house is equipped with everything you need for entertaining and the host was happy to answer any questions . All bedrooms were very comfortable. Our favorite room was the wine room which had gorgeous views. Without a doubt we will return to this property.

Special Anniversary stay with our gang!

We had to change our original plans for this trip in August, I found this home on VRBO and instantly knew it would work. Our 3 son & DIL's, as well as my husband and I, all like to have our space and this fit the bill! The home is also at the end of the road so the views were fabulous and all bedrooms have access to patios for chilling. We had a great time and hope to return again someday! Management was very responsive and the home was clean and welcoming.

Fabulous Farley Family Fun Thanksgiving at this beautiful home!!

Gorgeous property for our large group of 14! The home was exceptional in every way-from room to spread out, several balconies to sit and have coffee and watch/listen to the waves of the Gulf, to a completely decked-out kitchen! We take a big family trip every year for a holiday and this home in PORT ARANSAS outdid them all! The amenities of Palmilla were top-notch and we even participated in the island Turkey Trot. The concierge met us on arrival, gave us a "lay of the land" and was immediately receptive. Can't wait to go back!!

Lots of space and pool was warm. Views great to see gulf as well as part of golf course. Easy to get around community. Fireworks visible in several areas from family room. Lots of seating for meals. Kitchen prep area a little tight for more than 2 cooks in the kitchen. Overall very spacious and great sight lines.

If you decide to drive your car to the beach, you will need a beach pass you can get at any convenient store.But the beach is small, so not a lot of parking.* elevator is very finicky, even though we made sure we shut doors properly. Sometimes it would not let us in. We had an incident where one adult and two children were stuck on the elevator for 40 minutes. We called the management company.They walked us through the reset of the elevator from the first floor closet.Definitely do not let children go in the elevator without an adult.*bring bug sprayOverall, excellent home w/attentive mgt team!

Excellent vacation get away home! This home was very clean, well designed with bathrooms for each bedroom and large enough for 20 people to not feel cramped or in one another’s space. The downstairs ping pong table was a huge unexpected bonus for the pre- teen boys. Many of the guests made comments as to how it was beautifully decorated and designed. Several people took copious amounts of photos and shared them with friends and family. It was a wonderful time of the year as the beach temperatures were amazing! The screened in area by the pool was perfect for our bar set up. If you are considering a large property to rent this one is amazing.

Awesome property - the best property Manager

The home was awesome - Better than the pictures. I celebrated my 80th birthday with my family and we all had a great time. My daughter and I enjoyed the 3 master suits and I enjoy the penthouse suite Only complaint I had is that the wind was too strong which is out of their control. But that didn't stop us from have a great time. The golf cart was a plus and the community pool was very nice. I wish we had eaten at the restaurant. We also love the easy access to the beach. Susan the property manager was there whenever we needed her willing to assist. I highly recommend this property.

I just spent the last five days with 18 family members at The Luxe. It is by far the best VRBO I have ever rented. It is beautiful and has a gorgeous view of the Gulf. The kitchen is wonderfully appointed and the host is immediately responsive. Don’t pass this one up.

Wonderful place for a family reunion and relaxation. The home is well designed and appointed for comfortable lodging by a large group. The views from the back of the house are unlike most that you would experience at similar properties in Palmilla or Cinnamon Shore. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property manager was very helpful also.
