Miscommunication
The owner did not send check in information until the day after we were supposed to check in. The owner would not respond to our messages or phone calls about how to check in. We were stranded with no place to stay after traveling 7 hours. I contacted vrbo and a representative tried to contact the owner (as did we) multiple times with no response from owner. He then advised us to find another place to stay and a refund would be arranged. Vrbo was true to their word and a refund was given. We still have received no apology from owner for mix up but vrbo has been great!
