Little bit of Paradise

This is a 1 bedroom fully furnished condo with an amazing view of the beach and the USS Lexington. The condo is setup with 1 queen bed in the bedroom, bunk beds in the hallway and a queen size sofa bed in the living room.

This condo sits on the beach in a gated community. There are 2 beach access gates that you will need a gate key to get back in the property. Or if you feel like lounging by the pool we have 2 swimming pools on the property, 1 being heated which is perfect for those cooler nights. There's also a outdoor Tiki Hut area with a fire pit and tables & chairs, perfect for cooking out or birthday parties. You can also find charcoal grills and picnic tables through the property.
I have recently been hired in as the event coordinator for this resort and will be hosting an event each week. It could be a pool party, beach party, karaoke, or movie night at the pool so be sure to check with me to see what might be happening during your stay.


Things to Note:
There is a non-refundable $15 check-in fee, which is payable upon check-in. This covers your parking pass, gate keys, and wrist bands. You can feel safe knowing security is on site 24hrs monitoring the parking lots and gates.

Around the Neighborhood:
There are many great places to visit close by. Blackbeards would probably be my favorite place on North Beach. I recommend the seafood queso.
Smoke previously known as Fajitaville is a very cool beach restaurant/bar. They have volleyball, cornhole, and other fun games for the whole family.
The USS Lexington is a short walk from the condos and the aquarium is just a little bit further. You could walk it but I’d recommend a car or bicycles if you have kids.
Across the Harbor bridge on your right you’ll find Whataburger Field where you can go watch the Hooks play some baseball and also Hurricane Alley Waterpark.
Downtown is only about 5 mins away. There are many restaurants, bars, parks and sites to see. Some of my favorites are Water Street Oyster Bar, Crawdaddy’s, Dokyo Dauntaun, Executive Surf Club, and Republic of Texas Bar and Grill.

Just the getaway we needed.

The location is great and once they finish renovations around the property i can see it being a great place to stay. Our stay had no issues the condo was as described and comfortable for the 4 nights we stayed. All in all it was a nice vacation and very affordable lodging.

It had a nice location, fairly close to everything, quaint little apartment. The cooking utensils/pans burned easily as one burner on the stove didn't work properly. Otherwise, it was great for what we needed.

The condo we were in is nice with a great view of the coast, the host communicates well. The main problem we had was fleas, there was an outright infestation in the condo, I mentioned to the owner and she suggested maybe we brought them with us but that’s not how having that many fleas works. I probably should have left at this point but my kids were really looking forward to staying so I didn’t want to deny them the vacation right before heading back to school. After conversing with her she suggested we could leave for a few hours and get an exterminator. I was a exterminator for a few years in my early 20s so suggested she just let me buy some poison and spray the room, she agreed. After exterminating the pest the stay was more pleasant but it should not have taken me buying poison in my own accord and spraying. Also the building 2 buildings over in the same resort caught on fire took around 30 fire engines to put out. The location is great and locals are friendly. I will not rent from this host again nor at this property due to the fire.

Great Little Condo

This was a perfect little condo for our family to stay in during vacation. It was small but had everything we needed and was very clean. I loved the second floor view of the beach! And the beach was very close! The description of the condo does note that the bunk beds are mini beds, which I knew going in, so it wasn’t a problem. However, please note that these would probably not comfortably sleep adults as they are pretty narrow (wasn’t a problem for us as we had the kids sleep there). Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy much outdoor beach time due to a tropical storm causing flooding, but the host did a great job communicating with us and working with us when we had to leave early. Despite our situation with the weather, I would definitely recommend this condo for a couple or small family!

Restful Retreat

We were able to hear and see the bay water. It was recuperative. The condo was very clean. It was stocked with all that was needed. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, the condo was very nice.

A nice stay in Corpus Christie

Had a nice stay. The property clean, nicely decorated, close to the beach. Was a quaint little condo with a view of the gulf. Also close to the Aquarium and the USS Lexington Battleship. Amber was an excellent host. Communication was great.

Great stay

Cozy condo with everything we needed. Property manager didn't communicate at all with the condo manager and didn't know I was showing up. I didnt have an access code to get into the room. I had to figure out who to call after condo manager said they couldn't help me. Terrible check in experience but great condo stay.

Weekend get away

The property was a little run down. They were in the process of renovating some of the units though. The locations was really great, it was within walking distances to the USS Lexington and the beach was right outside of the gate. The mattress on the pull out sofa was a little concerning but thank goodness we brought extra blankets. The unit we stayed in was clean other than that. The pool tends to get really crowded towards the evening. It is a heated pool so the evening or early morning was the best. There were a few lose teenagers that could of used some supervision. They were spitting sunflower seeds in the pool which ended our swim time sooner then we would liked. But over all it’s not too bad.
