Go Big or Go Home is a comfortable and luxurious 7000 sq ft home situated 0.7 miles from the beach with a private heated pool. This is the perfect place for family reunions, vacations, or group getaways. This home is built on three levels with the main living-dining- kitchen on the second floor. The first and second floors have back, outdoor sitting areas and a view of the pool while the third floor has a front balcony with partial views of the Gulf. The bottom level with stained concrete floors consists of a game room, bathroom, and elevator. The elevator serves all three floors and is activated for handicap access ONLY and with ADVANCED notice to management. The game room has a kitchenette with a sink, mini-fridge, dishwasher, and ice machine. Lounge on the large sectional, (BR5) which converts to a sleeper sofa, while watching your favorite sports or movies on the wall-mounted TV. There are two stools for additional seating. This can be used as a bedroom and play area for children and teens. The full bathroom has a vanity, and tile stand-alone shower with a bench and glass enclosure. Step out the sliding glass door to the backyard oasis. The covered patio makes for easy entertaining no matter what the weather brings with a dining table accommodating seating for eight, an outdoor sectional, a charcoal grill, a wall-mounted TV, fans, and recessed lighting. Cool off in the private L-shaped pool, which can be heated during the winter months for an extra fee, or bask in the sun beside it. When dusk comes, gather around the inground concrete fire pit for smores and stories with ample seating for all. Rinse off in one of the two outdoor showers, one private stand-up and the other open with a bench. Venture up to the second level, adorned in wood flooring, to find the laundry room at the top of the landing. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer, dryer, sink, and cabinets. The half bathroom is off to the side for easy access. Revel in the upscale kitchen with top-quality appliances, all of the cooking utensils you would find at home to prepare your favorite meals, and a deep granite island/bar for prepping with seating for eight. Savor your meals at the stately dining area with seating for eight. Gather on the comfortable sectional and recliners while enjoying views of the outdoors from the long windows along the back of the home and the ambiance of the DaVinci custom see-through fireplace. It has heating and multi-lighting features. Sit out on the back balcony while sipping your morning coffee or walk down the outer staircase to the patio below. All of the bedrooms have extra deep, luxury mattresses, custom built-in nightstands, reading lights, and ensuite bathrooms. On the second floor, the bunk room (BR1) has a King bed, a set of Twin over Twin bunk beds, a wall-mounted TV, a luggage rack, a closet and bathroom with vanity, stand-alone tile shower bench. The guest room (BR2) has 2 sets of custom-built Twin over-queen bunk beds, a wall-mounted TV, a luggage rack, and a bathroom with a tub/glass enclosure. Continue up to the third-floor retreat and you will find a quiet reading alcove area. The private living room is made up of a large couch, TV, and kitchenette with a sink, microwave, cabinets, and wine chiller. Both bedrooms have private access to the front balcony, ideal for unwinding in the ocean breeze and partial Gulf views. The first master suite (BR3) holds a King-size bed, deep closet, wall-mounted TV, luggage rack, and ensuite bathroom with vanity and tile shower with double rain heads. The second master suite (BR4) contains a King-size bed, wall-mounted TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with double vanities, tile shower double rain heads, bench, and glass enclosure. Private Heated Pool. The pool can be heated for $50.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay. Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice a week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.

Parking for 5 vehicles. No parking in the street. No boat or trailer parking.
