We loved this property and were very pleased with the location and were thrilled with the accommodations. Great communication with the owner/property manager. Assigned parking would be the only improvement i can think of. Otherwise, everything was phenomenal.

Wonderful and easy!

We do a Port A trip every year. This was a great condo. Easy and fast access to the beach. Super clean! Wish there were patio chairs but other than that it's a great place to stay as a family of 4!

Great last minute stay

We normally stay at another location in Port A but decided last minute to head to the coast for the long weekend and the other location was booked. We found this rental to be in a great location, very close to the beach and Stripes to get coffee, snacks each day. It was very clean and quiet and we will look to rent here again.

Very Nice Property; Exceptional Communication

This property was exactly as advertised - so close to the beach and was very nice and comfortable. The property manager was amazingly responsive. She emailed all the information we needed within 10 minutes of making our reservation. It was a very last minute trip so I was especially glad to have such near instant communications. It was as easy a process as I think we have every encountered before.

Overall Great Place

The Good: Beautiful home close to the beach. Quiet complex. Kim was great to work with. Easy checkin-checkout. Not complicated process. The Bad: place wasn't very clean. Visible surfaces were clean but you could tell it hadn't had a real cleaning in a while. A Vodka bottle and trash were under the bed. The air conditioner wasn't working properly. Property manager came and adjusted it but I suspect the thermostat just wasnt working properly.
