BOTH BEACH HOUSES-BIG FENCED YARD WITH NO SAND BURS-In Town Near UT Dunes.

  • Easy walk to center of entertainment. Unique quiet Old Town location. Large covered outdoor entertaining area with bar and TV facing south for prevailing ocean breeze. Additional attached living area in apartment to get away. Completely restored with modern amenities, high ceilings and well appointed rooms. This home is built at ground level with only two steps to entry. An additional private porch off of master bedroom. Each bedroom has queen bed. There are two additional pull out beds for three people. There is an outdoor shower and good sized yard. Yard has been “de-burred”!!!

    This home is normally reserved by the owner's family and friends but made available to intermittently to guest groups of up to eight people. If you are looking for a mix of quiet and easy access, this home is a 9.9 on the walk-ability scale.
     
    There is off street parking to accommodate 4 cars.
