Bay Tree B2 is a charming studio condo located on the third floor with no elevator access. Boasting a spacious balcony that offers picturesque views of the Bay Tree courtyard and magical sunset views. Recently renovated, this unit features sleek vinyl flooring in the living area and elegant tile in the bathroom. The bathroom is generously sized, showcasing a tiled shower, ample counter space, bright lighting, and a convenient stackable washer/dryer. A semi-private wall subtly divides the living and sleeping areas. 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sleeper sofa, each equipped with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 average sized vehicle space, 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands will be provided.. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of 45 dollars + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking

Guests renting a slip will also receive priority parking in the designated boat trailer parking area.

- A 2 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
