The first floor will invite you into an open living room and kitchen. An alcove bedroom offering a twin over twin bunk bed. You will also find a half bath, washer, dryer and ice maker! Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. The first bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath. The second, offers a king sharing a bathroom with, the 3rd bedroom offering 2 twin beds. There is plenty of room to park a boat. The beach is just a quick ride away. This cozy complex also offers a community pool shared by only 10 homes. - A two-night minimum stay is required.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $25.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
