- Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-ins and late departures are not guaranteed.
- Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, and cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.
- The property has a lock, and an access code will be provided 30 minutes before arrival.
- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- There is always construction or community improvements happening in Port Aransas. Seasonal pests such as mosquitoes may be present despite professional pest control treatments.
- Parking in the driveway for 6 cars max. No parking passes required.
- If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability. (Sand Key properties only: Winter Texan Rate: November - March 1 at $2600 monthly plus fees.)
-Lost Colony does NOT have direct beach access. Boardwalk access only.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

We are open 9am-5pm Monday - Sat and 10am-3pm on Sunday. We also provide 24/7 guest support.

House was as expected. Clean and everything functioned as it should. Location was great. 10 mins from Port Aransas and 15 minutes from Corpus Christi. Beach Access was close. Took us a few days to locate the onsite dumpster (at the entrance). The community pool was about 4 houses down from us. We had to clean in ourselves, lots of bugs and floaties, but we still had a great time after we got the junk out. The house was great for our family of 7 adults and 3 children.

The living area was too small (poorly arranged?) for the number of people. Two love seats, no couch. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Large deck, lots of seating. The towels and washcloths were awful. Threadbare and scratchy. The kitchen was well equipped. For the price I was disappointed

Property was well taken care of. Kitchen had all the cooking utensils, pans, appliances and service ware that we needed. House was plenty big enough for our family of 13 and had room for quiet space. Walk to beach was close. Will stay here again.

This is probably the 10th time we've stayed at this house? We love it! It has lots of bedrooms so everyone gets their own space. Our only request would be more places to sit in the living room. Also there were no hot pads in the kitchen. But who cares about that stuff? I know we'll be back!

Excellent rental for multiple families. Well maintained home walking distance to the beach. Beautiful views from the upper and lower deck. Thoughtful details like extra sand toys for the kids. Well stocked kitchen and grill area. Parking is available but if you have multiple large vehicles like trucks/vans/suvs it would be really tight and there is no street parking.

The house is even nicer than the pictures. The view of the beach is amazing and the kids enjoyed it. Being able to use 2 bbq grills was great. Very quiet area. Peaceful vacation. We will be back.

Our experience was lovely. The beach was very close and the accommodations were very nice. We did end up bringing extra paper towel rolls, detergent and trash bags because there are limited quantities provided. So be sure to do so if you visit!

This was our third stay at this house. Very nice and quiet neighborhood and such easy access to the beach. House could provide better trash bags and a little maintenance needs to be done. Headboard in downstairs bedroom was loose and white doors need repainting. Kitchen needs hot pads to assist with cooking.

MY family has been visiting Port A for 20 years and love staying at different locations through out the Island. This property was one of the cleanest and nicest we have stayed at. Was missing pot holders for the oven but management was quick to bring us some. Other than that, we had a great time and really enjoyed this property.
