Spend a sunny day out at Rockport Beach Park with your family and soak up the good vibes as you dip your toes in the pristine waters and lie down for a quick nap under the shade of an umbrella. You'll also be just minutes away from a ferry that takes you to Port Aransas Beach and a mile and a half away from a marina and boat launch, where you'll have the opportunity to go fishing, hunting, and birding.

Head back to your lovely home away from home after you've explored the beauty of this town and relish in the quaint living area, complete with a TV and some comfortable furnishings. If you're feeling hungry, check out the large full kitchen, equipped with appliances so you can cook up something delicious for the whole family. The gas grill invites you to add charred favorites to the menu, that can be enjoyed at the picnic table nearby. Jump in the on-site pool for a quick and refreshing swim, then challenge your friends to a couple of games out on the tennis courts. Ring in the evening on the patio with some thirst-quenching drinks. Settle in the privacy of your bedroom, with each one coming with a TV and free cable.

With access to a free community poo , as well as a dog park and plenty of space in your fenced yard. You'll have 12 foot tall parking with cover for your vehicles/boat.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
