Welcome to your perfect coastal retreat! Nestled just a few blocks from the beautiful beach, our inviting townhome offers a blend of comfort and convenience for a memorable stay in Port Aransas.

Arrival and First Impressions: As you arrive, you’ll park in the open area of our well-maintained complex. A short, pleasant path will guide you to your front door, where you’ll find a cozy sitting area, ideal for relaxing with a good book or savoring a quiet moment in the shade.

Interior Comforts: Step inside to discover a spacious, open living area designed with a relaxed beachside vibe. The light, airy decor and comfortable furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of sun and sand. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances and offers everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy your coffee with the Keurig machine and gather around the dining table for family meals or game nights.

Pet-Friendly Perks: We’re pleased to welcome your furry friends! Our pet-friendly policy allows up to two pets, each weighing up to 20 lbs. Please note, a pet fee applies.

Community and Local Attractions: For those sunny days, the large shared pool is just steps away. You can also enjoy the hammock, picnic area, and grilling station nearby, perfect for leisurely afternoons and enjoyable evenings with loved ones. The beach is a short walk away, allowing you to easily explore and enjoy the coastal beauty of Port Aransas.

Loved it!

We had such a great time. The kids had the freedom to go outside alone and were safe. Great area.We really loved this house. It was the perfect fit for our family. Would definitely recommend. We will definitely choose this house again.

I usually don’t complain but communication with host was horrible, she wouldn’t reply and I never received check in or check out instructions. She only gave me the check in code 10 min before 3pm, and after I sent so many messages. She only cared if something was happening to her Vrbo during hurricane didn’t offer any discounts if we had to evacuate early.The downstairs temp was hot, it was not as clean, she kept saying the cleaning lady was there no one was there, found nail clippings on the floor, couch was stained, and restroom rugs were dirty. There was not enough towels provided for the house one of the shower heads didn’t work well. Overall we made the best of the house it fit everyone, washer and dryer worked, and kitchen had what we needed. Despite the owner and some of the things the house lacked, the location and commons were a good fun spot.

Horrible communication

We tried to contact property manager to let them know we were coming and could not get a hold of them which created anxiety due to the fact we were driving 10 hrs to somewhere that we couldn’t even call. The A/C thermostat was not working correctly and the worse part is lock on the door was broken! We could not secure our belongings and leave to enjoy our vacation in fear of having things stolen.

The property was missing several items that were listed on the amenities sight. There was no air mattress, not enough towels, no trash bags, no dish soap and 6 light bulbs were out in the living area. Reached out to property manager and she said she wasn't available to help. Never responded to later complaints.
