1. Two Baby Gates: We have two baby gates available for safety, perfect for keeping little ones secure in certain areas of the home. These gates are easy to install and can be used at doorways or stairways.

2. Highchair: A sturdy highchair is available for mealtime, ensuring your baby can eat comfortably and safely. It’s easy to clean and provides a secure spot for your little one during family meals.

3. Pack 'n Play: A portable Pack 'n Play is available for naps or bedtime. It’s stored in the master closet, providing a cozy and safe sleeping space for your baby when you're on the go.

Additional Amenities:
Outdoor Oasis: Step outside and soak up the sunshine in our private outdoor oasis, complete with a spacious patio,a large back yard (fully fenced), and a BBQ pit for that perfect summer BBQ.

BBQ & Fire pit do not include propane tank. Guests must purchase their own tank for use of these amenities. BBQ grill is a propane tank grill.

Friendly Heads-Up About Extended Stays & Pet Fees 🐾✨

We love hosting longer stays and furry companions! Just a quick heads-up to keep everything transparent and comfy for everyone:

🧼 Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

🐶 Pet Fee:
Bringing pets? There's a $120/stay per pet fee. Please ensure all pets are added to your reservation.

Since Airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.

PET POLICY FOR PRESANA HOMES
- $120/ stay pet fee per pet to be paid prior to your stay via Airbnb resolution request - if not paid within 1 hour of booking - your stay will be cancelled
- Maximum of either 1 large animal 50-75 lbs or two small animals under 40 lbs
- All pets must be kenneled and house trained
- All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home (unless in fenced in back yard)
- All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in our garbage receptacles outside of the home
- All pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding and off sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed
- All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals
- Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy & pet fees must be paid

*Streaming TV : All homes are equipped with Smart TVs and all streaming services are bring your own login (BYOL). Some TVs may have the streaming service already logged in but we do not provide login credentials for any streaming services*

Starter Supplies Provided
To help you settle in, we provide a starter pack of essentials including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar. Please note that these items are intended to get you started — any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case we may offer a mid-stay replenishment.
