This adorable 1st floor condo has an open floor plan with the living room flowing into the kitchen and dining areas. Your kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook your meal, including pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, and even small electric appliances.

Sit back and relax watching either the television in the living room or the bedroom, you will find both Spectrum cable TV and WiFi available. Your will have a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen size pull-out sofa sleeper in the living room. Your condo also comes complete with bedding linens, bath towels, and beach towels for your convenience. A full size washer and dryer are located in the condo for your use. Enjoy drinks and dinner on your private patio.

Take a dip in the Beach Club swimming pool (heated throughout the winter), or just sit back in the hot tub. You also have 24 hour access to the fitness center and sauna.

Just a short 5 minute stroll will allow you to enjoy the beach and sand at Whitecap Beach for swimming, shell collecting, or fishing or take the car and drive down the beach for miles. Come to the coast and join us for a short vacation or plan to stay a while.

Note: There are security cameras and recording devices in the pool, gym, and parking lot areas. There is also a ring doorbell by the front door.
