Sleeping accommodation for a maximum of 4 guests with 1 King size bed in the open loft (not private) and 1 Queen size Murphy bed in the downstairs living room.

A complete kitchen for your cooking enjoyment. Along with all of the standard kitchen appliances and supplies this kitchen also has an Air Fryer, Kuerig and Drip Coffee Pot. The owner also provides coffee pods, ground coffee, tea bags, creams, sugers, bottled water and a welcome snack basket.

Private Backyard with access to the patio complete with outdoor furniture, and a gas BBQ grill. 4 person hot tub.

A deck upstairs off the bedroom for you to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The driveway is long enough to accommodate your boat and truck.

The origins of this charming old art studio date to the times of Simon Michael, who worked at this property during his career. Known as the Grandfather of the Art Colony inspired the Art culture of Rockport. Most of his original works are held in private collections.
