「We had a AMAZING time at Caguas Santa Juana 1. The host not only were ultra welcoming, they were very professional, and super quick to respond. I have to say, Modesta by far has been the best host I have ever had in my life. Always eager to help and make our stay our home away from home. Location was central for everything we wanted to do. 「The property listed on expedia wasn’t what it was in person. It smelled like mildew and mold and the beach closed at 7pm, which was odd. No pool and the property it self was falling apart, they couldn’t find parking for us. It resembled an abandoned hotel. The only good thing about it was beach front but couldn’t enjoy it, because it closed early and the view of the beach from my balcony.」

「Everything was good.. the building does need some updating.. the sofa bed was somewhat beat up and the apartment could use some TLC..but it was clean ,no complaints there .. everything else was good for the price and location.. my family barely stayed in the apartment! We were out all day and just took showers, eat and sleep!!! The only issue which was not a big of a deal was the communication when checking in …way too many instructions but once I got in the apartment and got the keys the rest...

「Definitely worth every penny. This gem is across from one of the best public beaches on the island.
Cheap daily umbrella and chair rentals although you didn’t need to rent them because the unit comes with chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. Food trucks on the beach and 2 restaurants located on the corner. Pool wasn’t spectacular but the place was safe and secure. Very walkable with lots of restaurant and souvenir shop options.would definitely stay again」

「this property was very clean and had everything that was promised, including beach chairs and towels which was so convenient considering the beach was less than a 5 minute walk away. the host communicated promptly and solved any issues we had, making sure our stay was excellent! thank you!」

「We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late...

We had a wonderful stay at Brisa del Mar. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed.
The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby. It was very convenient.
