    Set on fully fenced grounds with a spacious lawn and garden, the studio features a large, sunny deck complete with an outdoor dining table and sun umbrella—ideal for enjoying meals or relaxing outdoors.
    A double carport provides ample parking, including space for a small boat, with easy access and lockable gates for added security.
    Inside, you'll find a comfortable open-plan living space filled with natural light, featuring a brand-new queen bed and a large fold-out single sofa bed. A 51-inch flat-screen TV can be enjoyed from the bed, sofa, or dining area.
    Located just a short, flat 250-metre walk from Coromandel Township, you'll have easy access to local shops, cafés, restaurants, and artisan craft stores.
    For families travelling with young children, a highchair and portacot are available on request.
