House location is excellent
House is beautiful however the hot tub was not clean so we didn’t have use until Monday. Had to buy light bulbs because none worked in the main bedroom. Maintenance had to come out late on check in day because as I was replacing a bulb one broke off into the light fixture so it was a hazard. They had excellent response time in that call. However the jetted tub is so old I was afraid to use it because I didn’t know if it worked and just how clean the jets were. Faucets need to be replaced they’re rusted and disgusting. In the Jack and Jill bathroom the tub didn’t even have a plug that someone could take a bath. I had to go out and buy a fan for the master bedroom because it’s so hot from the sky light it never cools down. I left it for future users. We received only one washcloth for the kitchen and not even a pot holder to take pans out of the oven. The ice make does not work on the fridge so we had to constantly go buy bags of ice for our drinks. For the size of this property a second fridge would be amazing in the garage which does have a ping pong table which was great entertainment. The bar in the room as you walk in and is next to the garage could benefit from a small fridge so you don’t always have to go up to the third floor to get something to drink. This property has great location to the beach access, like right across the culd-de-sac. This property would be amazing if they just fixed up and renovated it some. We still enjoyed our stay, at the beach.
