The Space:

Step inside The Salty Mule and settle into a brand-new 4-bedroom, 5-bath getaway tucked into Corolla's prestigious Currituck Club. This 2025-26 build pairs an open, airy floor plan with thoughtfully curated finishes, multiple gathering areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and two full size refrigerators. The kitchen flows into a sun-filled living and dining area, making it easy to gather for morning coffee or wind down after a beach day. Sliding doors open to spacious decks where golf course views set a peaceful backdrop for sunrise breakfasts and sunset cocktails.



Sleeping accommodations welcome up to 10 guests across four bedrooms: three king suites plus a fourth bedroom with a full and twin (with a rollaway twin available for an additional guest). With five bathrooms, no one has to wait their turn.



The fun continues outside! Cool off in your private pool (open May 1 through mid-October), unwind in the hot tub year-round, and let kids and dogs roam in the fully fenced large backyard. Cornhole and bocce ball are ready for friendly competition, and when the weather turns, head inside for foosball, plenty of board games and puzzles, or check out the air hockey table in the garage. and living space is equipped with streaming TVs, for a total of seven throughout the home.

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two well-mannered dogs are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**



**Community Pool opens late-May to September weather permitting**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.



The Neighborhood:

The Currituck Club is a golf cart friendly community, check out OBX Beach Toy Rentals if interested. There are dedicated golf cart parking spaces near the beach entrance which you can drive to from the home.



There is also public beach parking spaces (Currituck County Southern Beach Public Access) which are on a first come, first served basis. Typically you will find a spot if you arrive before 8:30am.



Getting Around:

You'll be staying in the gated Currituck Club Community. The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your transportation!



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
