All common areas are spacious, tastefully decorated to enhance a coastal ambiance, and amply capable of hosting large groups. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed and conveniently located to offer easy access to the common areas. It houses a large range, two dishwashers, bar seating, a butler's pantry, and is adjacent to a lounge with a bar, keg cooler, two under counter refrigerators and a sitting area. From this area, one may walk outdoors onto one or two very large decks, each designed to offer stunning views of the sunrise and sunset.

Twenty bedrooms may be found on the second level, as well as a large laundry room with three washer and dryer sets. Additionally, a sitting area, complete with a wet bar, offers the perfect place to privately catch up with loved ones.

While the top floor of this home is perfectly coordinated for both exquisite gatherings and casual get-togethers by the sea, the first story is also a great location for congregating. Guests will enjoy seven bedrooms, as well as a fitness room, kid's playroom, and a recreation room complete with a sitting area, pool and game tables, arcade games, shuffleboard, and a kitchenette with bar seating. A detached suite overlooks this area and the ocean, and is equipped with restrooms, a rooftop deck, and a mid-level bridal suite. In this room, brides and grooms will have the finest of accommodations, and can enjoy a walk-in closet, wet bar, private balcony and a pedestal tub.
