Spend your days lounging by your private pool, enjoying the enclosed backyard, or unwinding on the screened porch and two levels of decking—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Inside, the bright and airy great room features vaulted ceilings and a wall of west-facing windows that flood the space with natural light. The open-concept design makes it easy to gather, whether you're cooking in the fully stocked kitchen or catching up around the table. With two dining areas plus bar seating, there's room for everyone to dine together comfortably. When it's time for bed, the primary bedroom has a cozy king bed, private bath with a jetted tub, and direct access to the screened porch. The lower level includes a second king ensuite and two additional bedrooms that share a full hall bath. On the third level, the fifth bedroom features a king bed, a private balcony, and access to a full bath—ideal for guests seeking a little extra privacy.
Beach days are effortless thanks to the complimentary trolley and beach valet service (available Memorial Day through Labor Day). The nearest trolley stop is just a short walk away, and once you arrive, a friendly valet will help with your beach gear. Beyond the beach, the Currituck Club offers something for everyone, including three community pools, a fitness center, and year-round recreation such as basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, and volleyball.

Beach Access: Guests in the Currituck Club are able to use the beach access located near the south gate of the community, located at Yaupon Lane. During the summer season, take advantage of the complimentary trolley service that will transport you and all of your beach gear to and from the access!
Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings within 51 Weeks in Advance -This home allows the current year's guest the first option to rebook their dates for the future year. Contact our office for details on how to book this home for next year.
No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. Fireplace not for guest use.
All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
